Sharing iTunes library to media

I have recently installed aTV Flash and have started using media to watch my films and shows etc.

I have two external Firewire Drives. One contains the iTunes Library and the other unconverted media. I have enabled sharing via the FAQ. My problem is that media only seems to find the drive with the unconverted media. The drive with the iTunes Library is not visible.

Any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong?

Thanks for fire core support problem is now solved. One disk was formatted as Mac OS and the other as FAT32. Sharing via AFP only works with the Mac OS format.
