I have named the media as recommended but One Piece is now causing problems again. what can I do?
Can you describe what the problem is? I’m not sure by looking at the pics you posted. It looks like you’re showing the file names for season one but the preplayback screen for season 22.
The problem is that the numbering of the episodes doesn’t match. 109 is shown several times, although it should be a number in the thousands
can you show the file names for season 22?
can you check season 21 where the episodes go from 999 to 1000 and see if it displays the 1000 and up correctly or does it end at 999?
I’m wondering if the episode number is limited to three places. Since it was designed for the number of episodes in a season and not the total series number of episodes I doubt if you’d find a season of any show that has more than 999 episodes so it kind of makes sense.
that all fits actually because it is stored in Movie Databe. Before that RS Ganudo was called except for the difference that the year was not included
Season 21 has episodes from 892 to 1088
But does it display the 4 digit episode number above 999 like can you see episode 1088?
it fits until season 19 and after that it doesn’t fit anymore. I’m very sure if I recommend The Year he would portray it correctly
I only see 1088 in pcloud but not in infuse at the moment
if you go to season 21 in the first pic you posted above and scrolled to the episodes where it goes from 999 to 1000 could you post a screen cap of the episode numbers for that range as you did in the season 22 so I could see the numbers on the episodes?
On the preplayback screen like you had in the first pic that shows season 22
Select season 21 and scroll to where the episode numbers go from episode 999 to 1000 and 1001 and 1002
that doesn’t fit together at all, I always see the same episodes and then at a certain point it changes but it’s still not right. Should I just leave out the year for One Piece? It’s worked for the other series so far. I’ve already renamed 5000 series episodes
I would not change how you have the files named with the year, it appears that Infuse is not able to display episode numbers above three places.
Is the second episode that is labled as “100” actually 1001 and the third episode that is labled 100 actually 1002 and so on?
what is shown as 100 is actually 800 and I know that Infuse can show that. You shouldn’t underestimate Infuse I’ll change it quickly and provide proof. That might take 5 minutes though. I have to start my program and change the umlauts because Apple doesn’t like them so much
. I don’t think Apple likes the German language so much
I’m just chiming in here,
Each season of your episodes are named wrong, especially if you have them in season formats.
Each time a season starts over for anime or any series’s it should restart in the numbering.
Example:
One piece S01E01
One piece S01E02
And so on
Then when you have season 2 and on it should start over
One piece S02E01
One piece S02E02
And so on.
You’re adding a season with also the anime absolute numbering. If your following absolute numbering it should only be like this:
One piece 1x01
One piece 1x02 and so on the first digit does. It change just the episode number does.
I hope this helps
And follow how TMDB has there series set. So if it’s in seasons follow the season formats and if it’s only 1 season it’s absolute order numbering.
The script name is from Movie Database, which means it must be correct
