I have openned SeasOnPass and not able to get a tether boot, only untethered. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I think you may need to supply a little bit more information before the experts on here can help. What version of firmware is on your ATV? What version of Seas0nPass are you running? General stuff like that.
