What’s new in version 0.9.2?
- Added ability to extract iFaith signatures from an ATV2.
- Added ability to use those extracted signatures to restore an ATV2.
What are iFaith signatures?
iFaith signatures are useful since they are based on whatever version the Apple TV is CURRENTLY running, allowing you to re-install or jailbreak that version even if it is no longer being signed.
Saving iFaith firmware signatures (Mac)
- Connect Apple TV via USB
- Launch Seas0nPass
- Click the 'Help' menu and select the 'Dump iFaith Device blob...' item.
- Follow the prompts provided by Seas0nPass

Saving iFaith firmware signatures (PC)
- Connect Apple TV via USB
- Launch Seas0nPass
- Right-click the 'Create IPSW' button and and select the 'Save firmware signatures...' item.
- Follow the prompts provided by Seas0nPass

Restoring with iFaith (or other) saved signatures
- Connect Apple TV via USB
- Launch Seas0nPass
- Right-click the 'Create IPSW' button and select your desired version.
- Seas0nPass will handle fetching saved signatures and restoring the firmware automatically.
