Hi,
I’ve been having some trouble importing metadata information when using the ‘Populate file data’ option. The process starts OK but seems to freezes as soon as reaches the message “waiting for background import to complete”. After much fiddling around both on my AppleTV and Frontrow I think I’ve reliably determined that Sapphire can’t manage a file greater than 2gb. Can anyone confirm if this is correct?
Using ATV Flash 4.06 and ATV 3.02 though I have tried on the previous ATV version with no difference.
