Running 2 External HD's

Now that you can choose to have an external HD as primary storage, are you able to connect 2 HD’s in the following manner?

Have one HD connected as ‘Primary Storage’ full of music that plays through itunes (just as if they were stored on the ATV itself) and another connected that is full of video that NitoTV reads off as ‘external storage’?

Yes, a USB hub can be used to connect multiple drives. Keep in mind the drive set as ‘Primary’ will need to be connected to the AppleTV at all times.
