Customer support is seriously lacking, so I thought I’d post here with the hopes of at least an acknowledgement of the question.

If I purchased ATV2, and found that ATV1 is what I need, will you refund/exchange the products? 

Sure. Just shoot us an email and we’ll get it taken care of.

I did that about a week ago - #26884, and haven’t been able to get any responses.  Would appreciate some response to it.
