Can we plz get an option to change the app’s language (to other than the tvOS one) and a quicker & easier access to the playback speed control?

You can already select languages for Audio, Subtitles, and Metadata.
Are you talking about the language that the Infuse controls and prompts are in? If so, why would you want those different from what is used on the ATV?
As for an easier way to control speed in playback there’s a currently running suggestion requesting this feature you can add your support to here.
