Hi @james ![]()
I’d like to request an improvement for pinned Home Screen Collections on tvOS.
Currently, when a Collection is pinned to the Infuse Home Screen, only the first 20 items are displayed, even if the Collection contains more content. This makes larger curated Collections much less useful for navigation.
It would be great if Infuse could display all items in the Collection, or at least dynamically load additional items as the user scrolls horizontally instead of imposing a fixed 20-item limit.
From a UX perspective, this would make pinned Collections behave much more like native tvOS content rows, allowing users to browse the entire Collection directly from the Home Screen without having to open the Collection first.
Suggested improvements:
- Remove the current 20-item limit for pinned Home Screen Collections.
- Support horizontal lazy loading/infinite scrolling so all items become accessible.
- If there are technical constraints, make the maximum number of displayed items configurable (e.g. 20 / 30 / 50 / Unlimited).
Many of us use Collections as curated libraries (for example personal playlists), and being limited to only the first 20 titles significantly reduces the usefulness of the feature.
Thanks for considering this enhancement!
