The long press speed feature can greatly improve the user experience. With this feature, viewers can quickly browse the plot they don’t care about without losing any context information. YouTube already supports this feature (even on PC, it supports long press left mouse button to speed up). Many apps in China also support it. Do you have any plans to support this feature?

Infuse 8 is now available and features quick access to playback speed and volume boost during playback on iOS and macOS.
I’m not convinced that v8 of Infuse gives us what most people were after? It seems like quicker access has been implemented instead of quick access?
Having used it just now, all I thought was “ok, I go to the bottom of the screen now and not the top”…when the majority of people seemed (like me) to be wanting a press and hold feature to immediately bring up a dialogue to change playback speed on the fly.
