I previously purchased Infuse but had to request a refund because I couldn’t use it due to device issues. Now that my device is ready, I have repurchased Infuse, but it still shows as if I haven’t bought it. The app remains locked, and using the “Restore Purchase” option does not help.
Has anyone experienced this issue before? How can I resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I have already tried restarting my device, signing out and back into iCloud, reinstalling the app, and using the “Restore Purchase” option, but unfortunately, the issue still persists. Infuse remains in the locked state, even though I have repurchased it.
Is there anything else I can try, or could you check if there’s an issue on your end with my purchase? I would really appreciate your help in resolving this.
