Progress Sync for Downloaded Files

Hi, is the progress for downloaded Files supposed to sync over iCloud? I use Infuse on an iPhone, iPad and MacBook and share the files from a MacMini - if I stream a file local progress is synced but if i download a file on the iPad and watch it while away the progress is not synced.

iCloud sync is activated on all devices, Trakt and Meta Data Fetching is off.

This is available, but it requires metadata fetching to be enabled on all devices. Reason being, Infuse will use the IMDb IDs to keep multiple copies of the same title in sync.
