Hi. I have the following problem, when wanting to play series in MKV with Hi444p video codec - 10 bits the image freezes and does not play smoothly.
I have the Apple TV 4 without 4k.

The ATV4 (non-4K) has very limited support for 10 bit video, so chances are it simply isn’t powerful enough to play this particular video. However, if you are able to send in a sample we’d be happy to take a look.
