I’m having the same problem. For me, “add to favorites” is grayed out
Since the thread you originally posted in was over 4 years old it’d be best to start new and provide some more info.
What version number of Infuse?
What protocol (SMB, FTP, Plex, etc)?
If Plex, Emby or Jellyfin are you using Library mode or direct mode?
What device are you using and what device OS number?

Oh, okay, after trying to find out if I was using library mode or direct mode, I was able to find a toggle for library mode. Had to go to Files → Add Files then under Saved Shares, click on the little edit icon next to my server, then under Advanced.
I feel like it really shouldn’t be this hidden.
