Problem with superstore tv show

Hello,

I have 2 questions:

  • I have a folder with the tv show’s name in this folder I have a folder by season, and the name of the episode like superstore - (2x01) - title
    For all tv shows it’s works but for 1 episode it 's do not work.
    It 's for supersotre 2x00 olympics (automaticaly found for all expect this episode) and if I search manualy supertore the tv show do not exist How can I resolve this problem.?

  • When sometimes all meta are clear? It’s take a long time to put everything back the way it should be.

I believe the reason is that TVDB doesn’t recognize an episode “00”. I’m guessing that’s a special episode and if you look at TVDB you’ll see that Specials fall under Season 00. So that episode file name should be
“Superstore S00E01 Olympics.mkv”

For your second question, do you mean when you get the warning that your Apple TV has cleared your metadata and will be restored or could you provide a bit more detail on what you mean by “When sometimes all meta are clear?”
