Currently testing Infuse Pro, primarily because it plays iso’s. But I have problems with subtitles with some of my ripped iso’s. They aren’t there to choose. If I use the dvd-player app on my Mac I can choose them? See attached (same movie, same time, the greyed out is from the Mac - don’t know why you can’t see the actual still).
What to do?
Hmm, is this happening with all of your ISOs or just a few? Are these DVDs or Blu-rays?
Any particular titles you are having trouble with?
Just some/a few and only DVD rips. Can’t pinpoint what the difference is between those that work and don’t. But I can mail (file transfer service) you one of the affected ISO’s for testing purposes?
That would be great!
You can upload files of any size here. https://firecore.com/upload
Done, looking forward to hear the test results
Did you find a solution? I can upload more examples if you’d like?
Sorry for the delay.
A few quick tests with your sample, and I was able to select from 2 different subtitle tracks (see attached).
Are you seeing these when tapping the Subtitles > None item in Infuse?
Think this one worked after 5.3?
I have uploaded another sample video and as you can see on the attached screenshots there aren’t any subtitles available in the iOS version (“Ingen” = None).
This should be resolved in today’s 5.4.1 update.
Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Great to hear!
