Hello, I just had an error message from pcloud (indexing of my pCloud failed) took about 10 minutes to load and then the error message came. I couldn’t access my media then. I then closed Infuse and then reopened it and tried again, and it didn’t work again. Then I tried again in 10 minutes and now it suddenly works again as if it was nothing. Because I’ve had mistakes before but I didn’t think anything of it but somehow it always happens. Why does the error keep coming? Is this a Pcloud problem? Error message is below unfortunately in German, sorry
This may have been a temporary issue with pCloud or your internet provider.
It could potentially also be related to rate limits pCloud has in place.
For cloud services in general we recommend keeping the ‘Embedded Metadata’ option (found in Infuse > Settings > General) and ‘Smart Folders’ option (found in the pCloud share’s settings page) both disabled as this will reduce the number of API calls used when connecting.
