Pro subscription stopped working on tvOS


My infuse has stopped recognizing my pro subscription on my Apple TV. It worked fine a couple of days ago, and is still working fine on my iPhone.

I’ve tried disconnecting from trakt on both my iPhone and Apple TV, rebooting my Apple TV, and even uninstalling the app from my Apple TV. But nothing seems to help.

What could be the cause of this?


You may need to log out of icloud and app store on the Apple TV and re-log in to both. Just a thought.

Glad to hear it!. Sometimes the App store is like OZ, you never know what’s going on behind the curtain and magic just happens.

same here. removing app and reinstalling did the trick…
