Plug-in Menu Items (ex. NitoTV) not accessible

I just created and installed the ATV Flash patchstick. Now the menu items under any of the plug-ins are not selectable. All of the original AppleTV menu items work fine. I have reset my AppleTV twice now and re-installed the ATV Flash both times. The problem persists.

Does anyone have a similar problem and if so how have you solved it?

Which version of AppleTV software are you currently running?

You can view the installed version in the Settings > General > About menu.
