Plex Pass & Skipping intros

Hello,

I thought if I bought Plex pass I could skip intros but I can’t see how this works? It doesn’t seem to do anything for me.

I don’t ever see a skip intro button.

What am I doing wrong, and are there any instructions anywhere?

I personally do not use Plex, but have you tried using the Plex app and see if it shows up there?

If they are also missing when playing content in the Plex app it may be something that needs to be enabled on the server.
