I am running two Plex servers with the same files. When I add them both to Plex Connect (iPhone 6s) I see duplicates. Is there any way to organize the two servers better or possibly select the server I want to play from when accessing a file? Right now I’m using a combo of Files (ie Movies iMac, Movies PC) and All Content option under Library to switch between the servers but my friends and family would not remember to do that. Thanks.

Not yet, but the upcoming 5.7.4 version will allow you to pick and choose which Plex libraries are included in Infuse’s library. This would allow you to have some libraries from server A, and other libraries from server B.
