Playlist Thumbnails & Ratings Issues After Update

Hello everyone,

Since the latest Infuse update, I’ve been experiencing a couple of issues.

First, I’m using an Infuse Pro subscription and connecting to my Plex server.

When I create a playlist, certain movies — when placed first in the list — don’t display thumbnails correctly after refreshing. Is this a known issue?

Also, I’d like some clarification on how movie ratings are handled. I see ratings from The Movie DB, Metacritic, and one more source. However, I don’t understand how 1917 doesn’t appear in the top 30 highest-rated movies on my server, while movies like Wonder Woman or Love Lies Bleeding do.

Thanks in advance for your help and clarification :slightly_smiling_face:

Best regards,
Guillaume

Okay, I managed to find the source of my two problems.

For the rating, I forced Plex to use The Movie Database as the source for classifications. It seems to have ranked my movies better, even if they don’t appear to be in order:

1917 is in first place with 8.0 TMDB, and Endgame is in second place with 8.2 TMDB… I don’t know if it averages out with the other ratings (METACRITIC, etc.), if you have any idea.

For the thumbnail section on my reading lists, the problem is that for some films I don’t have any wallpapers assigned to my film, so they can’t be displayed as background images on my thumbnail.

I had to reset my library to update all the wallpapers.
