Playback still stuttering in 7.3.4 (provide files)

Finally find the correct place for feeback and glad see James so helpful.

My devices:
Apple TV 4K 2021, updated to latest 7.3.4

Problem description:
For some of the 4K Disc files, playback stuttering all the way. No issue to play on windows VLC player.

This is common issue on our private community and many users feedback on this. Tried all menthod mentioned like “Match Content options enabled” or Legacy Cache.

Moving forward, I will PM some of the original files (50GB+) to James for further investigations.

@james, please check your message for new download link of the 3 samples. Just in case you forgot to check my PM messages.

Thanks. I have you sample here, and we’re looking into this.

Thanks for the infuse team! The update 7.3.5 solved the stuttering issue.
However I found another weird issue. The 3 sample files are the biggest video files I retrieved from blu-ray disks. and can be playback smoothly in 7.3.5 as a single file. But one of the sample file go back to BDMV folder structure, the stuttering issue came back. Which means the PLAYLIST or CLIPINF files could affect the playback quality! I could upload the whole disk folder for investigation if this is new to Infuse team.

Awesome!

Hi,

I still have stuttering playback issues with HEVC HDR files on my Apple TV 4K (2017 version) with the last version of Infuse. A factory reset did not help.
