I have added strmlnk files for all of my purchased Apple TV movies. Love the addition of that feature! I noticed that the playback progress bar remains (in the various overlays) for videos that were replaced, meaning I removed the former .mkv and now only a .strmlnk exists for the same video. This seems like a minor edge case, or maybe this is expected behavior, but just wanted to point out that I’m seeing this behavior.
For some videos I kept both .mkv and .strmlnk files and can view each video with the edition/version nav tabs (also great feature). That combo shows the progress as well but on both the Play and Open buttons.
It’s cool seeing the progress has been preserved though, even if a video is removed. That will be useful if/when I add videos back to my library.
