Hey, I got a kinda annoying problem on my Apple TV 4K running tvOS 14.3+Infuse Pro 6.5.7. I am using a Plex Media Server for my movies. When I start a movie / serie, it is smooth. Sometimes, if I stop the playback, then continue after a few minutes, the playback starts to stutter. Not buffering, but it’s like the framerate drops below 25. To fix this, I have to pause the playback and start again, then it will be 25FPS (depends on the content) again as it supposed to be. It doesn’t matter what type of media I’m trying to play, it happens with 720p, 1080p, and 2160p too. I have match framerate and dynamic range ON on the Apple TV. The display is a LG B9 OLED, with all the motion settings turned off.
If this happens again, can you send in a report from the Apple TV (Infuse > Settings > Submit Diagnostics) and post the 5 digit code here so we can look into this?

Hi, I was able to reproduce it tonight. The playback was stuttering, then I went to Infuse settings and created the diagnostics. After going back to the serie it wasn’t lagging anymore. Code: 65AMW. I hope it will be helpful.
