Place "See All" as first choice in home screen scrolling lists

I created smart list collections with plex, they show on infuse Home Screen below favourites , so far no problem. Now they show in a long list where you scroll to the right, for about 20 titles. At the end there is a see all.

If you click on the “see all” it fills the screen and you scroll down to see all titles.

Now my issue, it takes you back to the first title and you scroll through the first 20 all over again.

Someone put the “see all” in the wrong place, it should be nearer the start so we don’t have to scroll through the first 20 twice. Makes sense, right!

On the AppleTV 4k Plex collections are displayed on main screen in a line where you have to scroll to the right 20-30 titles to find the see all option. Click see all, and the screen changes to a folder like the favourites where you see all titles in collections.

Could you please remove the first step and have the see all screen as the only choice. Why would anyone want to see only the first 20-30 titles? Seems like coding from the dark ages of apps.
