"Pin To Home Screen" does nothing?

can anyone tell me what this is meant to do? (see screenshot)
it suggests that it will add something to the home screen, but it doesn’t.

iPhone 16 Pro
iOS 26.5
Infuse Pro 8.4.6 (5667)
connected to Jellyfin (Direct mode)

Edit in the top right corner of the home page, add the favorites to the home page

ah ok, bit confusing that to get them on home screen you have to do 2 separate things in 2 different places.

1 issue though, it also includes an icon for the server itself

Libraries/folders can be added to the home screen as either a favorite (icon) or a list (row of content).

Favorites are added through the steps in your first screenshot. If you want to add a list this can be done by tapping the lists icon in the top right corner.

i want them as a row as shown in the screenshot above, but to do that i had to do 2 things (via 2 different settings)

pin to home screen
show favourites

doing the first but not the second didn’t result in them being shown on the home screen even though the dialog box said it would

however, what i don’t want included in that row is the “Jellyfin” icon, where does that icon get removed?
