Pausing to long corrupts the movie file!

Hi

Had this problem for a while now. If I pause to long or just stop watching a movie (mkv) and plan to watch the movie later the move file could not be played.

Have an WD external HD connected to my Airport Extreme. It´s like when the external HD goes to sleep the file gets broken?

Anyone with the same problem?
