Paused video filling up cache on atv2

Hi all

I've been suffering with a repeated problem since the last update where the cache on atv2 doesn't appear to be cleaned out.

Often this occurs as a result of watching a movie and stopping part way through. When I then go back into infuse eg next day to play other content, it frequently freezes and I see buffering on screen. The private/var/mobile/Library/Caches/AppleTV/Video folder on the atv

this is feels like a new problem but it causing a lot of problems now.

is there a process that is supposed to clear the cache?

Just to add some extra info, this seems to only happen if watching itunes purchased content whether through infuse or standard movies icloud access on atv2.
