I am wondering, once Infuse Pro connects to NAS shared drives, add a few folders containing movies, is it possible to add different passwords to different folders?
I have parental control in mind.

Yes, you have a few options for this.
After enabling the Restrictions feature found in Settings you can adjust which movie ratings can be played without having to enter a PIN code.
Additionally, if you want to require a PIN code to access certain favorites or folders you can add this to one of more specific folders by long-pressing on the folder and selecting the ‘Enable Passcode Lock’ option.
