Overriding art for BDMV

I’m trying to follow this fix to override artwork for movies in BDMV format but its just not working for me:

For example and help, this is how my files show. Please tell me exactly where the artwork should be.

(Folder) The Dark Knight Rises (2012)
(Folder) BDMV
(Folder) CERTIFICATE
(Folder) MAKEMKV

If I follow the “fix” the artwork should be in the main parent folder “The Dark Knight Rises (2012)”, but this DOES NOT work.

Also, from this post from James on another thread, he indicates that the BDMV should not be a folder but rather than a AVCHD file?? Any idea why MakeMKV is not creating that if that is what it should be?? Infuse 7 Could not Recognize BDMV folder - #8 by james

The image file will need to be placed next to (IE outside) ‘The Dark Knight Rises (2012)’ folder, and should be named to match the folder title.

EG

/Movies/
/Movies/The Dark Knight Rises (2012)
/Movies/The Dark Knight Rises (2012).jpg

Any artwork files placed inside the ‘The Dark Knight Rises (2012)’ will not be recognized.
