I checked the new OpenSubtitles beta site today (opensubtitles.com, which will soon replace .org) and was surprised to see they now plan to limit the daily download quota to 10 files, down from the previous 200 and make you wait 10 seconds to download each file. Thankfully right now we can still use the old website, but when they’ve decided the new one is “good enough” the old frontend will be taken offline and there will be no way to evade these limits without paying.
I’m just going to guess that the API that Infuse uses won’t be subject to the new restrictions.
P.S. I corrected your link to them.
It told me I had 10 free downloads when I actually downloaded a file. I wouldn’t ignore the possibility they simply don’t care about making it consistent.
This wasn’t through Infuse though correct?
In my case (i got free acount there) it show 20 :
So seems that :
no account : 10
account created (free) : 20
Nope.
