I can’t seem to download subtitles. When I go to select them I can see the list of available subtitles. However, when I select the one I want I get the following message “An error occurred. Unable to access open subtitles. Check your Internet connection and try again.”
This has never been a problem previously. I do not have an Internet connection problem. I also tried to force restarting the Apple TV to no avail. Anyone else with this problem?
