While I’ve been using Infuse on a few platforms for a while, this is the first time I’m using the download feature on macOS. All of my video files are stored in my OneDrive account. When downloading large files, I’ve noticed that they occasionally stop downloading and the percentage downloaded reads “Queued”. The only way I’ve found to resume the download is to click on the file so that it starts streaming from OneDrive. Once the stream starts, I stop playback and I see that the download has resumed. It will switch back to Queued a few minutes later.
This happens even when I’m only downloading a single file, and none of my other devices with Infuse (iPad, iPhone, Apple TV) are running the program.
I’ve tried forgetting the OneDrive connection and reconnecting it, didn’t help. Right-clicking on the file, opening Download Management, Pausing, then Resuming the download doesn’t fix it.
I’m on a MacBook Pro with an M4 Max, with macOS 15.2, and Infuse version 8.0.8 (8.0.5054).
