if you order this latest software for your new AppleTV (black) you will not find any hint about jailbreak or version numbers you have to care about.

That is a dirty lie at all.
I askes several times to get a solution or my money back, but these guys are not sending any comments so in my eyes they are criminals.
Installing the ATV flash firmware IS simple and flawless, the problem currently is jailbreaking the ATV. This has been remedied (mostly) by seas0npass, which although slightly hit and miss, will jailbreak ATV updated with the newest firmware. By following the simple instructions, I am now running the ATV flash beta and enjoying my PLEX media library on my ATV. Worth $20 at least! If you are not wanting to perform the tethered jailbreak, an untethered jailbreak will be available shortly, and soon after that a full version of ATV flash will be ready. I advise you to be patient, you will be rewarded in the near future (NAS drive streaming, full codec support [beyond what is currently offered in PLEX in the beta, which is quite thorough!]).
You have any tricks on getting PLex to run, menus all come up for me but i can't get any actual videos to play. Usually get Plex logo in upper right hand corner but never goes past that after clicking on a specific video.
