Not syncing with a specific folder only

Hi there,
I have all my media into a QNAP NAS, divided in folders (e.g. tv shows, kids movies, movies, etc).
Plex can see all folders and sync the content.
Trying infuse 6, choosing the NAS as a share, selecting the folders as favorites and “Movies” folder specifically won’t sync. It’s no different from any other folder so I can’t get the issue here.
If I choose to Connect to Plex, then movies in that folder would show.

Thoughts?

Welcome to the forum!

By chance, are you connecting via UPnP or DLNA? In some cases, Infuse may not have access to all your files when connecting using either of these.

If possible, you may try connecting via SMB or NFS as it will allow Infuse to access all the videos.
