Not all TV-Shows show up (Library View)

I have a problem with the Library View. 

Today I delete all Metadata’s because a couple of TV-Shows show up twice in the Library.

After fetching the Library only 6 TV-Shows show up under the library view.

I have no idea why there are not all Shows.

The complete folder is marked as TV-Shows

 

Hopefully somebody can held me.

Can you provide an example of the folder structure and tv show file name?

I guess thetvdb had some issues. Now, all works fine for me
