Not able to remove/update Mediaplayer

After updating my ATV2 with the latest aTV flash I installed mediaplayer via maintenece.

I am now not able to remove or update mediaplayer.

When i use XBMC it reboots almost all the time after screensaver.

I used Nito tv to install xbmc.

ATV software 4.4.4 (3330)

OS build 5.0.1 (9A406a)

Nito tv 0.8.3

aTV Flash (black) 1.7

XBMC 11.0 Eden

Error when removing/update Mediaplayer this is the log:

E: Type ‘libcreposix.0.0.0.dylib’ is not known on line 1 in source list /etc/apt/sources.list.d/saurik.list

So… basically I just have to jailbreak my atv2 from scratch?

I had the same issue!

 

For me the solution was to run the .exe that installs aTV flash (aTV Flash (black).exe) and install it over my old installation.

I am now able to update again. All settings were retained.

Updated and installed from scracth.

XBMC is stable and Mediaplayer is not installed anymore.

Running latest sw on IOS.

No more crashes.
