For nearly two (2) months I have submitted requests for support for issues with Infuse on all my Apple devices; iPad, iPhone and MacBook. I have not received any response to date. Reference tickets #186294. The app will not airplay to my tv from any of my devices. Noted ticket will detail the specific issues. How much longer before I receive some sort of response? The app has been an abject failure on all my devices. Mi am urgently requesting some assistance.

First, are you using the free version or do you have a Pro subscription active?

Another thought, have you checked to make sure all devices are on the same WiFi network? (not some on the 2.4G band and others on the 5G band)
All devices are on the same WiFi network and it is a single frequency network.
What kind of videos are you trying to airplay? There is limited codec support for airplay. Maybe post a mediainfo dump of a video that won’t work.
M4V primarily, and MKV.
M4V and mkv are containers that could hold any kind of codec. Can you try to find out the type?
M4V: MPEG-4, AAC, H.264
MVK: Matroska video file
Can you use the app mediainfo and paste the outputs here. H264 should work. h265/av1 I don’t think works.
