Hi all,
Some tv shows don’t show any picture in the folder although when I access to the folder the system recognises the name and the episodes. I have attached a couple of examples.
Can I ask what could be happening?

Could you provide a screen cap of the file directory with folder and file names?
Often minor differences in how the files and folders are named will cause this. How they are organized may also contribute to this issue.
One more question, what language do you have set for artwork in your Infuse settings?

Yes the apple TV is set to English. All tv shows that are not showing pictures in the folder are spanish tv shows, so your answer makes sense.
Any idea or suggestion for solving it? change the language settings in the infuse? in the apple tv?
Are all of your other shows English? If so, you could try setting Infuse artwork language to “Original” and that would leave the English TV shows with their English posters and should fetch the Spanish posters for the Spanish shows.
Another option if you don’t have a ton of shows with this problem is to just go to TMDB and download the spanish poster you like and follow the instructions for overriding artwork for TV shows as discussed here.

Sometimes it helps if you put the year of the show in parenthesis i.e. Folder Title (2026)
