No netflix icon (UK)

I’m currently on v5.02 and just subscribed to a months trial of netflix. However there is no netflix app shown, I’m on UK.

How do I “get it”, where’s it gone? So you have to enable something first?

I know I can AirPlay, which I have been, but I want the native app on my Apple TV 2.

Couldn’t get it back so jailbroke again (as needed to anyway for v5.2), and it came back. Not sure what happened.
