I’m using aTV Flash (black) Beta6, but I don’t have “Media Player” in the maintenance-menu, so I can’t install it. Any idea?

It sounds like you may be running an older AppleTV software.
Your best option will be to re-jailbreak with Seas0nPass which will update your AppleTV to the latest 4.3 version.
