No LED or Optical Light or Video

Hey, I was wondering if anyone has come across an issue like this…

 

I have a jailbroken 4.4.4 AppleTV2 that when plugged in, does not have the LED light come on, nor is the optical audio light on.  Additionally, when plugged in, and pressing buttons on the remote, the LED light does not blink at all. Additionally, there is no video or audio coming from the TV.
Is the power supply and/or logic board fried?  Or, has anyone come across this problem that knows of a fix?

Let me know if there is any more information I can provide to help diagnose this problem.

Will the computer see it if you plug it in VIA Usb?

I must admit that if the LED does not come on when you plug in the power, I would strongly suspect the unit to be defective.

Well, I am able to plug it into the computer, restore it, and see the LED flashing when connected via USB.  However, when I plug it into the TV and the wall outlet, I do not get any picture or power.

 

Any ideas?
