For those who are wondering what a Single Dolby Vision Layer is:

Dual Layer .mp4 remuxes can’t have Dolby Atmos.

A Single Layer .ts remux has Dolby Vision & Dolby Atmos, but some players may not be compatible with it.

This is a Single Layer .ts remux, playable by latest Plex Beta on Nvidia Shield 2019, MPC-HC and LG Internal. This release also

keeps the Enhancement Layer (FEL) intanct with profile 6 so it will probably not work on ATV which only plays MEL.

Is FEL not supported in Infuse either? Using latest beta.

Unfortunately, the Apple TV only has support for Dolby Vision profile 5.

Infuse will likely be able to utilize the HDR10 portion of the video, which still looks pretty good.
