With infuse 8.0 , i noticed the description was moved to the bottom.
Now its back at the top, did i do something or did infuse update make changes with a recent update?
Tx, but with “NEW” or “Modern”, INFO is still being displayed at the top, I really liked having the INFO (media description) at the bottom left so it does not cover the actually video being played.
Did you try classic?
Yep, tried new , modern and classic .

Now I see what you want. Changed the thread title to reflect and added pic to your post. 
Things were adjusted a bit in the 8.0.4 update to address some feedback we saw after the release of 8.0.
In the current version, the title will appear at the bottom and the menu has been relocated to the top.
Personally I prefer it at the bottom because it does not block the actually video playing.

I want this back too. I was so very pleasantly surprised when I first saw this then there was a update and I wondered if I had a fever dream.
if you have emby on Apple TV - it does the layout perfectly during playback with info /chapters etc… at the bottom of the screen but unfortunately, emby lack’s in many other areas that infuse does correctly, specifically, DV, Atoms, and more importantly subtitles (IMO, infuse handles subtitles the best … font, location etc…)
Yeah. I have a plex server and the plex app but you mentioned some of the same reasons I switched to using Infuse on ATV
