New Infuse crashed on Imac with 13.2.1

when in use infuse on my mac with Ventura it crashed down more often than it plays.
The movies ar on a Synlogy NAS 1817+ in m4v und MKV .
What going wrong .

When does it crash? Instantaneously on launch or does it take some time?

Can you start watching a video before it crashes?

Can you watch any videos without problems?

Could you provide the version numbers of Infuse and Ventura?

Are you using any server software like Plex, Jellyfin, etc?

If it’s not crashing as soon as you launch it you may want to send in a diagnostics report and post the 5 digit code here in the thread so if the devs need to look into it they’ll have that.

Also if it’s not crashing instantly, you may want to go to the Library page and watch the messages at the top of the screen and see if it’s crashing at the same message each time.

What protocol are you using to connect? Wired or WiFi? I use the latest Infuse on the latest Ventura. Using a QNAP NAS and connection is SMB over my WiFi. Not seen it crashing ever…

So it crashed while it look for new data.
On the Synology is a Plex Server working.
The problems is only on the MAc App - not on the Apple TV App - that works well

What was the message on the library screen?

Did you send a diagnostics from Infuse? What is the 5 digit code?

It looks like you have 7.4.10 installed.

Can you try updating to 7.5?

By the way on my mac mini intel with ventura it work well.
