Netflix is Black

My Netflix has gone black after I used only a few times. I can access Netflix fine on my iPad, but not on my AppleTV 2. It’s just a black screen.

 

Aso, I’ve tried several times install the latest AppleTV software update and it always fails.

Has anyone else had this issue with Netflix?

Any suggestions as to how to fix it?

I’m having the same issue. It work 3 minutes earlier. I used it, went to XBMC, exited XBMC, and this happened when I tried to run Netflix.
