nas drive install problem

hi there, (im a newb):wink:

 

i have an atv 1st gen with nito xbmc etc i want to access my nas drive both to store my downloads and also to watch them, i have tried mounting my drive through nito but just cant figure it out…i feel like an idiot because i normally am very good at working out networking problems …so i am reaching out for your wealth of knowlage …my nas drives are wd mybook live 2tb
