my movies folder access

Hi

on the apple tv before i patch it and everything with atv flash
if i buy something from itunes store it downloads to the “My Movies” folder on the apple tv

can anyone tell me how i can get access to that folder through SSH/FTP

i am experienced in SSH/FTP and the terminal commands.

i can obviously log on but i just can’t find that folder anywhere

so if you can give me the folder path that would be great

The iTunes music and videos go into the

/mnt/Media/Media\ Files/

I suggest using Fugu to go to that folder and transfer the files to your Mac. Be aware that Apple changes the file names on purpose to stop piracy, but the ID3 tags should be there on all the files. You will not be able to find a specific file easy at all, except maybe by the modification date.
