Multiple accounts "leaking"

I’ve setup Jellyfin connection on my Apple profile, with my credentials and it’s all good.

I would like to setup my partner on their Apple profile, and supposedly Infuse accounts, including shares, should be separate, but I when I open Infuse on their profile: I can see my own Jellyfin credentials.

I changed those, thinking that maybe it’s cached from the past, but sure enough: editing share on their account “leaked” over to mine.

How do I go about having separate shares setup on our Infuse profiles please/

This may be related to a system bug which has appeared for some users when updating to tvOS 26. The only way to fix this would be to perform a factory restore.

@james can you provide any more diagnostic process of information? This has been bouncing around for a while and it doesn’t seem like everyone has been fixed by a factory reset. Spending a half day reconfiguring an AppleTV and all the logins is a lot to ask for a “maybe” fix.
